Healthiest & Easiest Frappuccino

Slimfast now has a premade Cappuccino Shake and it’s delicious!!

I am a complete Frappuccino lover from Starbucks but it has about 500 calories compared to my option of 190 calories. My solution is the Slimfast Cappuccino.  Slim-Fast is low in calories and are fortified with vitamins, protein, carbohydrates, electrolytes and potassium, according to Diet.com. This drink can help you lose weight while still obtaining proper nutrition.  This is actually  a cup from an earlier frap from Starbucks but this shows that you can't tell the difference between the two. Can you tell the difference? I think not and it even tastes better and filled me up.
Ingredients:

·        1 Slimfast Cappuccino Shake

·        1 Cup Ice

·        Add Coffee (optional)

·        Chocolate if you’d like? I used a splash :)

                        Directions:
Put in Blender and Blend

    P.S. I have an awesome balsamic vinegar recipe I will have to give you. I just have to figure out what the measurements are next time I make it :)

    I had your strawberry watercress salad yesterday for dinner and it was really good..
    I also picked up the ingredients for the zucchini dish..I'll be making that today or tomorrow:)
